All sales are final because every item is customized per order. we do not accept returns or issue refunds, except for defective products reported within 1 day of receipt.

What is the production and delivery timeframe?
Production typically takes 3–5 business days. Delivery within the UAE usually takes 2–7 days after shipping. We currently only ship to addresses inside the United Arab Emirates.
